Jean-Marie COSTE-FLORET is one of the firm’s founding partners in 1983 and is the firm’s manager. He holds postgraduate diplomas (DEA) in General Private Law (Paris II) and in Literary and Artistic Property Law (Paris II).
He worked for 5 years as an associate at the Conseil d'Etat and the Cour de Cassation. He also worked for 5 years as a lecturer at the Universities of Paris II and Paris XI.
For 40 years, he has been representing his clients before all the French courts and he also gives advice, assists with negotiations and provides expert opinions.
He has not only developed his expertise in insurance and civil liability law, but also in labour law.
He has experience of major crisis situations (AZF explosion, Mont-Blanc tunnel, PIP breast implants / “Business interruption loss” disputes relating to the Covid-19 pandemic).
The firm has a structure that allows it total availability in all circumstances, particularly in the event of the need for urgent intervention and management of a crisis situation, on both national and international files.
