Bénédicte ESQUELISSE holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in general private law. She joined the firm as an associate at the end of 2001 and became a partner in 2011.
She has acquired specific expertise in industrial disasters, collective accidents and serial claims, particularly in setting up innovative compensation procedures adapted to multiple claims and incorporating both legal and media risks.
Amongst other cases, she has worked on the AZF explosion, the Allinges rail accident, the PIP breast implant fraud and “business interruption loss” disputes relating to the Covid-19 pandemic.
