Valérie LE BRAS is one of the partners in charge of the firm’s Social Security department. She holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in private law from François Rabelais University in Tours. She also worked as a lecturer for two years at the same university.
She began her career in Orléans in 1999 before joining the firm in 2004. She became a partner in 2011.
Her area of practice is labour law. She gives advice and provides assistance with litigation and negotiation. She regularly pleads before the labour courts throughout France.
She has acquired specific expertise in the area of employers' gross negligence before the Social Security courts and participated in the shaping of case law pertaining to the interpretation of the Constitutional Council's decision of 18 June 2010 on compensation for victims.
She has also developed special expertise in compensation for personal injury, her experience in labour law being an asset when it comes to claiming compensation for loss of current and future professional earnings, which are often very significant heads of loss.
The firm has a structure that allows it total availability in all circumstances, particularly in the event of the need for urgent intervention and management of a crisis situation, on both national and international files.
